Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2025. Please read these terms carefully before engaging WEBSNEXUS services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the WEBSNEXUS website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with 30 days notice.

2. Services

WEBSNEXUS provides software development, consulting, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services. All services are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) agreements that supersede these general terms in case of conflict.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables. WEBSNEXUS retains rights to proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and open-source components. We may showcase projects in our portfolio unless a NDA prohibits this.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment schedule: 30% upfront deposit, 30% at midpoint milestone, 40% upon delivery. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. We reserve the right to pause work after 14 days of overdue payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

WEBSNEXUS liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We provide a 90-day warranty for bugs introduced by our development.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. WEBSNEXUS will sign NDAs upon request. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement by 3 years.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client pays for all work completed to date. WEBSNEXUS will deliver all completed work product within 14 days of termination. Deposits are non-refundable after project kick-off.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes will be resolved first through mediation, then arbitration if mediation fails. Both parties waive the right to class action lawsuits.
